Who are we?

We are a group of three friends, Danny, Martha, and Phil from Chicago. We always had some issues while purchasing items. There were no reviews, and mostly they were faulty or unsatisfactory.

So in 2009, we decided to create mychaiselounge.com to provide the best reviews to our customers and help them purchase lounge chairs.


Why do we review the lounge chairs?

All three of us checked various online purchasing sites, and with our research, we realized that there were no reviews about lounge chairs.

In our country, people love lounge chairs and enjoy spending their weekends or vacations, reading near the pool, enjoying tan, and more, on their lounge chairs.

So we finally decided to focus our reviews on Lounge chairs.


How do we divide the responsibilities?

We have known each other since Kindergarten, which reminds me of so many great memories and our tree-house! Danny is appreciative of public skills and conducting research. So he takes care of discussions with people and our small team.

Phil is accurate and knowledgeable about designing, so all the designs are curated by him. I am in charge of creating content with constancy.

In 2005 there was a review in the class, and someone had to discuss the whole thing with the students. So I was the first one to take the initiative. That day I realized my skill-set.

In 2009, we created mychaiselounge.com. It was not an easy start, but worth working! I research personally every product launched, and we check the quality ourselves before we suggest our customers to purchase it.

I always had a knack for designs and sketches. When we were discussing creating reviews on products, I began to look more at designs. What makes them authentic? The outline should always get along with the content; its color and variety of specifications should be in concern with the content for any reader to relate and read more.

  2. Select Return or Replace Items beside the item you want to exchange. If in, any case, you are unable to see your order, select the date on which you placed the order from the drop-down menu in the upper part of the page.
  3. Select the item you want to exchange, and select a reason from the Reason for return
  4. An exchange order will get created with the same shipping speed used on your original item.
  5. Use the return label provided to send your original item back.
  6. Return the item within 30days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.

The refund depends on your method of payment.

  1. For Amazon Pay Balance refunds in 2 hours.
  2. For Credit/Debit Card refunds within 3-5 business days.
  3. For Net Banking refunds 2-4 business days.
  4. For Cheque within 8-10 business days.
